Furthermore, Vincent Homburg gave a guest lecture in front of a very enthusiastic, international audience of students, as part of a Public Administration and Finance course in the Schools’ program. Topic of the guest lecture was the state-of-the-art in e-government research. During the lecture, and also in intensive discussions after class, students participated in intensive discussions on the the relevance of Estonian e-government experiences for administrative reforms in Germany, and for countries in the Global South.
