The 2023 summer school was an intensified 7 ECTS course on “Agile governance in the digital age”. The summer school was again offered in an intensive, hybrid format, with a five-week preparatory online run-up to the 9 day in-person part organised in Tartu. This edition of the summer school managed to attract 16 students from Estonia, Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Georgia and Australia. 

The summer school participants analysed agile working practices in public service delivery in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, and reported their findings with animated videos that was screened during the final day of the summer school. Feedback for this summer school was, again, positive and students applauded the intensity of the school and the interactions with Estonian experts and politicians involved in creating e-Estonia.
